We know plans change, which is why we make sure your funds protected. With our flexible policy, we offer a 30-day refund or you can change your plans for any reason, or no reason at all, and rest assured your money is protected

Deposit

Only the cost of the flight and visa is required as a deposit per person to confirm your trip booking. Full payment is required 45 days before travel. Once the deposit is pad, You can change your selected trip or the departure dates up until 30 days before the selected departure.

Any difference in trip prices will still be applicable. The deposit is for the flight and visa only, the deposit excludes any additional fees such as extras or add-on services. Our deposit per person is valid for new bookings, for travel from October to May each year. Any special offer is based on availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Amendments & Cancellation

You can cancel or amend your trip up to 30 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 30 days before departure and get your tour package money back, excluding the deposit amount.

Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you’re ready with us. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are subject to our standard fees as outlined in our booking conditions

Flight Tickets

All flight bookings are subject to the airline policy, we do not have the authority to make any changes on behalf of the airline, they have the right to cancel, full, or partially refund your booking, for more details please refer directly to the airline T&Cs.
